It is necessary to remember that steep stairs are located at several parts of the trail on the way to reach the boat ride and the same on the way back. Therefore we do not recommend taking this tour in case you are healing from any injuries with your ankle, leg, knee, etc. Please let us know if you have any concerns regarding this. Our guide can advise you during the drive to the national park to decide whether the Boat ride or the Pravcicka gate hike (longer in distance but not so steep) is better for you. Besides the aforementioned stairs, the rest of the tour around Bastei Bridge goes along rather flat and very well-maintained trails, and they're easy to walk on.
-
Passports: Please, do not forget to take your passport (ID) with you as the trip to Germany is part of the tour.
-
Good hiking footwear - wearing hiking boots or sports shoes suitable for uneven surfaces.
-
Perhaps water proof jacket, depending on weather forecast
-
Small backpack would be advisable
